Meet Our Therapist!
Sara Abdulrasool is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marquette University and a Bachelor's in Neuroscience from Temple University. Fluent in English, Arabic, and French, she provides culturally competent care to diverse populations.

Currently, Sara serves as a Mental Health Therapist at Children's Wisconsin, where she specializes in helping children and families develop healthy coping strategies to manage stress. Her background also includes extensive experience as a Behavioral Therapist for underserved communities and as a Medical Interpreter, allowing her to build trust and navigate complex cultural nuances effectively.

Drawing from a unique tapestry of experiences—from crisis intervention and youth leadership to translating critical medical advice and teaching in low-income communities—Sara offers a perspective that bridges clinical rigor with deep human connection. Her journey has taught her that true healing requires looking beyond the surface to the root of a struggle. By combining her neuroscience foundation with a preventative, functional approach, she is uniquely positioned to join our team, delivering custom care that not only treats symptoms but empowers clients to find clarity, build resilience, and thrive.
